How is the production and processing accuracy of rivet machine?

4, riveting machine bearing quality. Some idler working surface cleaning, due to bearing quality doubt will also constitute a transition insensitive or card astringency, and then appear wear.

5, buffer slag bin ash straight row. The slag out of the slag dredger without a constant dehydration, directly transported to the dehydration bin by the tube belt machine, will constitute more water content of the slag, the increase of the tube belt machine no-load hours, accelerate the wear of the roller.

6, the sealing function of the rivet machine is poor. Water slag accumulation into the roller bearing, forming a smooth or poor transition sensitivity and wear.
