9. The equipment shall be stopped for maintenance in batches every 6 months, and the following items shall be checked first. If any problem is found, it shall be repaired in time.

A. Check whether there is air leakage on the upper and lower parts of the cylinder, or replace the sealing ring.

B. Check whether each steam pipe and joint are firmly connected and whether there is air leakage appearance.

C. Check whether the length of the riveting head is overextended, or it should be replaced.

D. Check whether the rivet head sway is normal or not, or stop for maintenance. If the spherical pair is faulty, replace or repair the spherical pair in time.

E. Check whether the noise and riveting quality during spindle rotation are abnormal. If so, check. If the problem is bearing wear or damage, replace the bearing.

F. Add smooth grease to the spherical pair.
